Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all products purchased from www.mum2mum.co.nz via this web site. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order with Mum2Mum, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Orders will be accepted and actioned once full payment is received.

Shipping - New Zealand

We make every effort to deliver all products within New Zealand within five working days of acceptance of your order. This will not apply in respect of deliveries outside of New Zealand.

Shipping - International

We aim to deliver your order within 15-20 working days. We will inform you of any unforeseen delays.

PAYMENT

We will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is dispatched. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know.

RETURNS

If on receipt of your Mum2Mum item, you are not completely satisfied with our product, please return this within 14 days for a full refund. Please note: Goods must be in 'as new' condition.

WARRANTIES

The products which are sold via this web site have been designed to comply with the statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of New Zealand. We can therefore make no representation or warranty that any product is compliant with health, safety or other legal requirements which apply outside of New Zealand.
We will replace products (or, where relevant, the faulty part) free of charge or, refund to you the price of the products by way of credit to your credit card or debit card account. This only applies if the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed.

This information is collected directly from you when you provide information by phone or by submitting the email form on our website.
